Update as of 11-29-2023 4:35 pm We have been informed that the Cloud provider has received the necessary equipment to do the repairs and is currently working on restoring services. They were unable to give us an ETA at this time.
Our Cloud IT provider is having connectivity issues. What this means for us is that we do not have access to view your accounts and you do not have access on the app to view them.
What we can do:
We will be passing along any updates that the Cloud provider gives us.

If our debit card company needs to verify a transaction it will either be in the form of a text or email. This is where they will come from.
